I am a 49-year-old woman that was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2013. Multiple sclerosis is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system. There are four known stages of multiple sclerosis Clinically Isolated Syndrome (CIS), Relapsing-Remitting MS (RRMS), Primary-Progressive MS (PPMS), and Secondary-Progressive MS (SPMS). My diagnosis was RRMS and the MRIs initially displayed lesions on my brain (8) and spinal cord (6) and the amounts continued to advance until I changed my poor habits, began to regularly exercise, and received treatments. MS is a debilitating disease and at any given moment I can encounter a exacerbation A.K.A relapse or flare-ups which I may or may not fully recover. The stages of flare-ups have episodes of acute worsening symptoms of neurologic functions. The diagnosis of the MonSter ( MS)  drastically changed the direction of my life and career goals. I went from a nursing student to a disease fighter and now I am on a mission to decrease, educate and actively support the number of humans that are at risk of developing or living with the worldly incurable diseases.

Our organization is structured to education, support, share, and spread the word to the population. We have spent countless hours, days and years  conducting legitamate research on MS along with many other incurable diseases. We discovered that there was one main factor that was constantly involved with those who were diagnosed with incurable diseases and that is our food sources along with the consumption amounts we intake daily and the lack of physical activities.  Poor eating habits have impacted our communities for many years and this has driven our population into the danger zone of incurable diseases.  Where and how does eat2livestrong.org fit into the equation, that's easy, I was a prime candidate due to my unhealthy eating habits, lack of exercise, stress, low self esteem and poor sleeping habits which resulted in my diagnosis of MS. Our goal is to assist people to build confidence, achieve their weight goals, take control of their life with forming natural healthy eating habits, and share their experiences with others. We will reach out to the communities and offer support to many different causes all while continuing to learn and grow.
